Welcome! By using our services, you agree to follow these rules and participate responsibly in our community.
Usage Requirements
- Follow Discord’s Terms of Service.
- Do not use the Bot for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes, including harassment, spamming, or violating privacy.
- The Bot may collect Discord usernames, IDs, and message/command interactions solely to provide functionality. Upon using the Realm part of the bot as well, your Xbox data will be pulled. XUID, Gamertag, friends, and other information will be logged. To prevent this, change your Xbox account's privacy settings to make it private.
- By using the Bot, you consent to data collection as described in the Privacy Policy.
Prohibited Use
- Do not attempt to exploit or manipulate the Bot.
- Do not use the Bot to distribute malicious content, including viruses or malware.
- Do not intentionally break the Bot during downtime or maintenance.
Bot Availability
- The Bot is provided "as is" without warranties. Availability and error-free operation are not guaranteed.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bot at any time without notice.
Liability
- Puggy Bot is not responsible for damages or losses resulting from use. Use at your own risk.
- We are not responsible for actions of other users in any server.

Updates to these Terms will be announced in the official Puggy Discord server.

Q: What happens if I break these rules?
A: You may be blocked from using the Bot, kicked from servers, or blacklisted based on severity.
Q: Who manages data access?
A: Only Puggy Bot developers have access to data; staff from other merged servers do not.
Q: Can the Bot go offline?
A: Yes, the Bot may be offline for maintenance or updates. This is normal and expected.
